Privacy notice

This notice explains how Cognit Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd. handles personal data when you use cognit-latticefield.click or sit at the chart room. It is written for the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Data controller

The controller is Cognit Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd., 55/8 Phetchaburi Rd, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400. Contact hello@cognit-latticefield.click or 023851138. The company was established in 2017.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, a preferred date if you give one, and the message you write. In the room we also keep the sitting note or clinic pages that name your market and the indicators you use. We do not ask for an account number, a national ID, or a broker login. Please leave those out of the message.

Server logs of the host may briefly hold an IP address and the page requested. The academy uses that only to keep the site available.

Why we use it

We use the form details to answer a sitting request, confirm a date, and take payment for that date. We use sitting notes so you can return and compare a later review with an earlier one. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract for a sitting, the contract itself once a date is confirmed, and legitimate interests in keeping a short record of what was taught. Where the PDPA asks for consent instead, we will ask you plainly before we rely on it.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a booking are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Sitting notes and clinic pages are kept for 36 months so a returning trainee can compare reviews, then deleted. You may ask for an earlier deletion. Invoices and payment records are kept for the period Thai accounting rules require.

Sharing

Staff who teach or answer the desk see the notes they need. We do not sell personal data. A printer or a bank may see a name when we print charts you asked for or when a fee is paid. They act on our instructions or under their own legal duties.

International transfers

The academy works in Bangkok. Email and website hosting may be processed on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens, we use providers that offer a reasonable standard of protection and we limit what is sent to the fields the form already asked for. Font files are requested from Google so the pages can use the academy’s type; that request can include your IP address. See the cookie notice.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, erase it, restrict its use, or object to a use based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting use that was lawful before the withdrawal. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. To use a right, write to hello@cognit-latticefield.click. We may need to confirm it is you before we change or release a sitting note. We answer within 30 days, or we tell you why we need longer.

Children

Sittings are arranged with adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
