Terms of use

These terms cover the website cognit-latticefield.click and the chart sittings offered by Cognit Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”), established in 2017, at 55/8 Phetchaburi Rd, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400. By using the site or confirming a sitting, you accept these terms. If you book a sitting for someone else, you confirm that the person who will sit has also read them.

The service

The academy teaches indicator confluence and trade review in a classroom. A sitting produces time at the table and, where the rate sheet says so, a written note or a set of journal lines. You place, hold, or close any position with your own broker. The academy’s staff teach reading and writing about charts. They do not manage money and they do not send instructions to a broker.

Bookings

A date is confirmed only when the academy writes back by email or phone. A message sent through the contact form is a request, not a held chair, until that reply. Fees, length, and what each sitting includes are described on the rates page and the sitting page. Those pages are part of the agreement for the date you confirm.

Acceptable use of the site

You may read the pages, send a sitting request, and keep a copy of your own sitting note for your own study. You may not scrape the site in order to republish the workshop sheets, interfere with the form, or present the academy’s notes as your own course. The site is offered as written. Journal entries are dated and describe a study practice used in the room.

Intellectual property

Lesson sheets, the four-line headings, evening workshop outlines, sitting-note formats, site text, and the academy’s photographs are owned by Cognit Latticefield Academy Co., Ltd. unless a page says otherwise. Your trade journal, your account records, and the trades you describe remain yours. You may keep the sitting note written about your own charts. You may not sell, post, or teach from the workshop sheets. A short quotation for a private study group needs written permission from hello@cognit-latticefield.click.

Liability

Chart reading can be wrong, and a careful note can still sit beside a loss. The academy is liable for the sitting you paid for: the time, the room, and the written work described for that fee. The academy is not liable for trading losses, missed markets, broker outages, or decisions you take after you leave. Nothing on the site is a promise of profit. Where Thai law does not allow a limit, that limit does not apply, and the rest of these terms stay in place.

Cancellations

Moving a date, refunds, deposits, and no-shows are set out on the refund page, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction. If one clause cannot be enforced, the others remain. The academy may update these terms by posting a new version on this page; a sitting already confirmed keeps the terms in force on the day it was confirmed.
